I love sauerkraut! I make sauerkraut, potatoes and smoked sausage a lot. I love to add a can of this to it when I make it and it keeps it tasting amazing. I first figured this out while I was visiting my parents and cooking sauerkraut, potatoes and smoked sausage for them on the stovetop. I realized that the sauerkraut flavor tasted as though it was cooking out of it and my mother handed me a can of this and I added it to the food and it brought the flavor back and then some!
